A breakdown of the process:

  1. Once the form has been submitted you will be contacted as soon as possible through email to discuss further about your piece.

  2. Once details have been confirmed by both parties, a contract will be need to be signed as well as providing a 50% deposit. Only after a deposit and contract signature have been provided will sketches and compositions be provided up to week of your deposit payment

  3. Once sketches and compositions have been approved the painting will then begin with updates being provided throughout the process if required. At this point feedback can be given for slight changes of the piece.

  4. Wait times can vary depending on the size or complexity of the piece as a piece could take a couple of weeks up to a few months but a more specific estimation will be provided after you submit your form

  5. Shipping costs are included in the price of the commission as well as delivery costs if you are from surrounding areas and I can deliver the item in person. You will be provided with a tracking number once the item has been shipped.
